"The Rival S has all of the grip that you'd expect in a 200 treadwear tire, with excellent dry performance and very solid wet performance. I've been impressed with the progressivity, as it does provide great feedback but lets you know where the limit. HPDE "track day" events are awesome on this tire, as it's warmed up quickly in about a half of a lap and would be ideal for time trials if one were doing that kind of thing. I have not noticed any significant drop in performance in extended sessions or when hot out doing a track day in South Carolina in the middle of the summer. Overall I don't really have anything bad to say. Getting great even wear and am about 6 full days on track and and autocross into this set."
